HT Series - High Temperature Disc Filter System

Our Mefiag brand HT Series – High Temperature Disc Filter Systems are specifically designed for handling high temperature solutions such as hot-sealing baths, electroless nickel, hot soak cleaners and other hot chemical processes requiring stainless steel housing with insulation with operating temperature up to 99 Celcius. 

A filter unit in the HT Series consists of a horizontal disc filter with stainless centrifugal pump. The units are mounted on a polypropylene base that is reinforced with stainless steel profiles, or on a steel frame with a powder coating.

The inside and the outisde of the filter housing are electropolished. The filter housing is a double shell and insulated for high temperature solution.
