MMB-E - PUMPS MAGNETIC PACKAGED WITH LANTERN IN RESIN

MMB-E piece centrifuge series magnetic drive, is designed to eliminate the many problems caused by leakage from the body of the liquid pumped through the mechanical seals, with a high probability of causing serious damage to the environment contamination. The rotation of the impeller is made possible by a coupling which transmits the motion by magnetic induction.

Easy to handle, the pumps of this range are strong, compact, the thickness of the components deliberately high to give the maximum reliability.

Material of Construction

The suction and discharge ports are made as standard with ISO flanges (ANSI or JIS request). The three-phase asynchronous motors are mounted and selected according to the required performance and meet the IEC standards (optional NEMA). The available frequencies are 50 and 60 Hz. The MMB-E series can be certified ATEX 94/9 / EC.

Material of Construction

Suitable to transfer acid and alkaline solutions, wet insides of the liquid, are produced in thermoplastic (PP-PVDF) and the proper elastomer seals (EPDM-FPM-FEP-FFKM). The impellers are generally semi-open, but they are available in the closed version for hot liquids and without solids in suspension. It is expected under option a device against dry running.
