PP Series - Polypropylene Filter Units

Mefiag brand polypropylene filter units are specially designed for the filtration of acidiz, alkaline, and other aggresive non-oxidizing solutions, in particular for galvanic baths and other process baths with an operating temperature up to 80 degree celsius. 

This series feature horizontal disc technology and capacities ranging from:

1. 0310/0620/0640 PP Series - With the Smallest capacities from 600 to 1,600 gph. A filter unit in this series consists of a horizontal disc filter or cartridge filter with a cover outlet. The filter units can have a polypropylene centrifugal pump with a mechanical seal or a magnetic pump and can optionally have a polypropylene slurry tank (SY Models).
2. PC/2500/3500/4500 PP Series - With Mid-range capacities from 2,500 to 4,500 gph. A filter unit in this series consists of a horizontal disc filter, cartridge filter, a carbon container or carbon container with an integrated cartridge filter insert (DepFil). The entire filter can be removed using a specially designed lifting key. The filter units can have a polypropylene centrifugal pump with a mechanical seal or a magnetic pump and can optionally have a polypropylene slurry tank (SY Models).
3. 7000/9000 PP Series - With Dual chamber capacities from 7,000 to 9,000 gph. A filter unit in this series consists of a horizontal disc filter, cartridge filter, a carbon container or carbon container with an integrated cartridge filter insert (DepFil). The entire filter can be removed using a specially designed lifting key. The filter units can have a polypropylene centrifugal pump with a mechanical seal or a magnetic pump and can optionally have a polypropylene slurry tank (SY Models).
